Conditioning for Pole- $20
Build strength for pole and aerial, through body weight movements. This class will incorporate exercises that work through range of motion, active flexibility and injury prevention. Resistance bands, towls, blocks, apparatuses, and partners may be used through various exercises.
Please wear pole appropriate attire and bring a pair of socks
Wiggle, shimmy, shake, move your booty in a way you probably never thought possible! Knee pads are recommended, and some are available at the studio. Sexy heels are optional.
