This March, Team Prowess is taking the stage at the Pole Sport Organization (PSO) Pacific Pole Championships in Los Angeles, and we’re inviting you to be part of this incredible journey! Group Training: From now until competition day, we’re hosting free open gym time for PSO PPC competitors. Use this time to rehearse, practice tricks, or run your routine in a supportive environment. Our studio owner and instructors will be on hand to offer feedback and guidance.

Private Lessons: You want extra help perfecting your performance? Our instructors are here for you! Book a private lesson to:

PSO PPC will take place at the iconic El Portal Theater, and now is the time to book your travel.
* Fly to Burbank (BUR): It’s the most convenient airport to the venue.
* Stay at The Lexen Hotel: Many of us will be staying here, just steps from the theater. Traveling together is half the fun—nothing beats a weekend filled with laughter, teamwork, and cheering each other on!
