Climb & Spin


For students that have taken a few Intro to Pole classes and are ready to work towards Pole 2

Climb & Spin bridges the gap between Intro to Pole and Pole 2.  Students will learn the building blocks and conditioning exercises needed to climb the pole as well as some intermediate spins and upright combs.

Prerequisite: Several Intro to Pole classes and instructor approval

What to Wear
Please wear shorts, sports bra, tank top or t-shirt. Barefoot, socks or heels are welcome in this class. It is most important that you wear shorts and a tank top. Sports Bras are recommended for protection and support. Pole dancing is interpreted differently by everyone, some of our students like to dance in heels, socks, or barefoot, all are accepted at our studio.

Please do not wear lotion at least 24 hours prior to attending class. Please remove rings and large earrings.
