Chair-Ography
Learn to slink, slide, and hair whip your way around a super sexy metal folding chair. This class is great for beginners. The instructor will guide you through chair tricks and choreography timed to music. Chairs are a great prop to add to any floor or pole routine!
Velvet Flow
Velvet flow is a pole choreography class that combines Basewerk and freestyle.
This class is a little choreo, a little freestyle, and tons of opportunity for creative expression! The instructor teaches a few individual skills at the beginning of class, and then the students try to incorporate the new skills in a freestyle.
Students will be encouraged to find their own flow while learning some new moves and transitions. This class is for all levels, some students may want to take a few Intro to Pole classes first just to get comfortable with the idea of freestyling. *This class is currently only available at our Phoenix location.
Roller Pole
No Roller Skating experience necessary, you’ve got the Pole to hang on to!!
We’ll have fun spinning and skating around the pole. Learn cute spins on the pole and floorwork. Then you will put it all together into a combo and choreography.
Please bring your own roller skates, we do not have any at the studio. Students may also wish to bring their own knee pads, we do have some available at the studio for use and for sale. *This class is currently only available at our Phoenix location.
Open Pole & Open Jam
Open Pole is in the front room. You get solo time to practice your tricks, floorwork, upcoming routines, or anything you want!
Open Jam is in the big room. This means the aerial space is also available! Just like Open Pole this is your chance to train on your own. Practice new tricks you’ve learned, rehearse choreography, or create a routine.
There is no instructor for either Open Pole or Open Jam. It is recommended to have some experience before you train on your own.
What to Wear
Please feel free to wear anything you feel comfortable in. Kneepads are available. Students are welcome to bring their own kneepads as well. You can also wear high heels, but they are not required.
