
BEGINNERS START HERE!
This class is great for new students that want to try pole dancing for the first time. Your instructor will focus on basic flow including pole spins, floor work, and transitions. Get an amazing workout while learning a fun pole dance routine. No prior pole dance experience is necessary.
WHAT TO WEAR
It is most important that you wear shorts and a tank top. Sports Bras are recommended for protection and support. Pole dancing is interpreted differently by everyone, some of our students like to dance in heels, socks, or barefoot, all are accepted at our studio. Students are encouraged to bring their own kneepads, we do have some available at the studio as well.
Please do not wear lotion at least 24 hours prior to attending class. Please remove rings and large earrings.
