Invert & Hang


Elevate your pole journey with Invert & Hang, designed exclusively for advanced Pole 2 students seeking to refine inverted poses. This 60-minute session combines targeted warm-up, strength conditioning, and expert guidance to help you master inversions with confidence and fluidity. Approved by our experienced instructors, the class empowers you to prepare for Pole 3, building both strength and artistic expression in a supportive environment. Bring determination and your passion for progress!

WHAT TO WEAR
Join our Pole 3 class at Prowess Pole Fitness, designed for students who have completed Level 2 and Invert & Hang classes with instructor approval. This dynamic session, focused on advanced poses like inside and outside leg hangs, Superman, and Allegra, introduces fun, fresh combos each week to challenge and elevate your skills. Expect a supportive environment with expert coaching, where you’ll discover new variations that enhance strength, flexibility, and confidence.

WHAT TO WEAR
Please wear shorts, sports bra, tank top or t-shirt. Barefoot, socks or heels are welcome in this class. It is most important that you wear shorts and a tank top. Sports Bras are recommended for protection and support. Pole dancing is interpreted differently by everyone, some of our students like to dance in heels, socks, or barefoot, all are accepted at our studio.

Please do not wear lotion at least 24 hours prior to attending class. Please remove rings and large earrings.
