Learn tricks on aerial hoop in lyra class

Intro to Lyra

For students that have never taken an aerial hoop class before. Intro to Lyra focuses on working on beginner poses in the hoop from seated positions. Students will begin to work on basic inversions into the hoop from the floor.

Lyra 2/3

For students that have taken several Into to Lyra classes and have instructor approval to take this class. Students will learn more intermediate / advanced mounts and dismounts into the hoop. You will also learn trickier poses inside the hoop and some fun poses on the top of the hoop as well.

Aerial Chains

Challenge yourself on this edgy and unique apparatus. Build specialized strength, master your control, and create unforgettable geometric shapes. The instructor will guide you through a combination of tricks and provide modifications when necessary. This class is beginner friendly, but we do recommend having some prior experience. Maybe try Intro to Lyra first!

Aerial Pole

If you already love pole, then come try aerial pole! Learn the basics of climbing, spinning, and flowing in a safe and supportive environment. Students must take a few Intro to Pole classes before attending.

*This class is currently only offered at our Phoenix location. It will be on the Tempe schedule in October.

A lollipop is a lyra connected to a stage pole

Intro to Lollipop

A lollipop is a lyra (aerial hoop) connected to a stage pole on the bottom.  This apparatus is the best of both worlds between pole and aerial and its fantastic cross training as well.  Students that attend Into to Lollipop are encouraged to take a few Intro to Lyra classes first to learn the foundations of getting in and out of the apparatus.  

In this class, students will learn several poses inside the hoop as well as more creative mounts and dismounts using the pole as a base.

Lollipop 2/3

For students that have taken several Into to Lollipop classes and have instructor approval to take this class. This class focuses on more intermediate mounts and dismounts into the hoop. You will also learn trickier poses inside the hoop, and begin to explore movements on top of the hoop. 

WHAT TO WEAR

Please wear a tank top, sports bra, and leggings. Remove all jewelry prior to class.
